2. Event Logistics

  • Setup & Breakdown

  • Setup: [8 AM – 10:30 AM]

  • Event Hours: [11:00 AM – 6:00 PM]

  • Breakdown: [6:00 PM – 7:00 PM]

3. Nonprofit Guidelines

Eligible Organizations

  • Registered nonprofits

  • LGBTQ+ advocacy groups

  • Community service organizations

  • Local outreach programs

Booth Expectations

  • Provide educational materials and resources

  • Encourage community engagement

  • No aggressive fundraising tactics

  • Family-friendly and inclusive approach

4. Music & Noise Restrictions

  • No amplified sound that interferes with event programming

  • Sound must remain at conversational levels

Must provide:

  • Certificate of Insurance OR

  • Signed Hold Harmless Agreement including:

    • Crystal Lake PRIDE

    • City of Crystal Lake

    • Downtown Crystal Lake Main Street

7. Selection Process

All applications are reviewed, but not all are accepted

Selection based on:

  • Mission alignment

  • Community value

  • Diversity of representation

  • Event balance
