  • Setup: 8 AM – 10:30 AM

  • Event Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Breakdown: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Vendors must be fully set up before event start and remain for the full duration

  • Central booth available for:

    • Event support & questions

    • Emergency coordination

    • Lost & found
